Bij Apotheek West Maas en Waal bieden we een handige afhaalautomaat, zodat je je medicatie op elk moment van de dag kunt ophalen – 24/7, zonder wachttijden. Onze afhaalservice is eenvoudig en veilig te gebruiken, ideaal voor iedereen met een drukke agenda.
Afhaalautomaat
Wilt u uw medicijnen ophalen wanneer het u uitkomt? Maak dan gebruik van onze afhaalautomaat. Wij leggen uw medicijnen in de automaat op het moment dat uw recept klaar is. Zo hoeft u niet in de apotheek te wachten.
Niet alle geneesmiddelen kunnen in de afhaalautomaat. In deze situaties zullen wij het niet in de automaat doen:
- Grote pakjes, koelkastartikelen en breekbare producten kunnen vanuit praktische overwegingen niet in de uitgifteautomaat geplaatst worden.
- Wanneer een instructie noodzakelijk is om de medicatie goed te kunnen gebruiken, zullen wij uw medicatie in de apotheek klaarleggen. Dit is bijvoorbeeld het geval bij een inhalator.
- Ook wanneer wij een vraag voor u hebben en wij u niet telefonisch hebben kunnen bereiken, zullen we uw bestelling in de apotheek leggen.
